Job Summary

Administrative Support of the President and CEO. Prepares correspondence, schedules meetings, answers telephone calls, maintains files, attends meetings and prepares minutes as required. Responsible for the coordination of special administrative projects.

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Required
  • Minimum Experience Requirements: 3 years as an administrative support role, 5 Years Of Executive Assistant Experience Strongly Preferred
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and a self-starter
  • Must have excellent record keeping skills
