The Role and What You’ll Do:
- Provide support to the President, WME Fashion & Non-Scripted Content.
- Exercise discretion, independent judgment, and interface with executive and senior-level business leaders and their teams.
- Manage the scheduling of calls, meetings, and a high-volume workload.
- Calendar management and scheduling with meticulous attention to detail including organizing travel schedules, meetings, and related events.
- Phone support, organize calls, listen actively, and proactively set follow-ups. Ability to manage priorities and conflicts gracefully.
- Aid in reserving conference rooms, setting up audio/visual equipment, arranging catering, and registering visitors.
- Prepare and revise reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Ensure that all materials comply with the company's standards and maintain an impeccable level of accuracy.
- Work closely with Corporate Communications, providing support and assistance on various projects.
- Organize both domestic and international travel arrangements using company travel services, and create travel booklets with itineraries and agendas.
- Complete expense reports in compliance with company policies using Concur.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years’ experience assisting a senior level.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
