Executive Assistant
This role operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. The Executive Assistant provides executive-focused support with an emphasis on operational control, ensuring decisions align with the specific demands of this environment.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant must maintain clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while delivering executive-focused assistance. Work is evaluated through an assistance-centered lens within the context of the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile executive-focused assistance with business support, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate role documentation with status tracking for executive-focused tasks, maintaining traceability and accountability.
- Manage workflows and deadlines, ensuring all actions are documented and progress is visible.
- Document processes and generate reports to support executive decision-making and operational control.
- Maintain quality control through source verification, surfacing unresolved items and repeated errors before they impact downstream work.
Decision Pattern & Quality Standards
Operational control must remain usable under the specific demands of the Travel Group Luxembourg network. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be identified early to prevent rework.
Capabilities
- Confidently use Travel Group Luxembourg workflows and operations coordination tools to support executive-focused tasks.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring decisions are transparent.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
The role-specific handoff test ensures status tracking, follow-up, and documentation are current; if these signals are not maintained, the work remains open.
