Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive-focused assistance with business support, ensuring every checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review and track role documentation (e.g., Travbest) with clear status updates for executive-focused tasks.
- Manage workflows and deadlines, documenting progress to maintain traceability and readiness for handoffs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for executive tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile quality control with source verification to prevent errors and surface unresolved items before they impact operations.
- Apply data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines in an executive-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, aligned with the agency’s operational context.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, prioritizing confirmed facts over assumptions, especially when tasks depend on external confirmations.
- Ensure remote work completion meets standards for workflow management, deadline adherence, and exception tracking, making tasks secure and traceable for the next authorized teammate.

Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
