Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage executive calendars and daily schedules.
  • Cook up meetings, appointments, and executive priorities.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support executives with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Organize meeting logistics and scheduling.
  • Prepare meeting rooms prior to executive meetings.
  • Arrange snacks and beverages for meetings.
  • Ensure meeting spaces are clean and organized after use.
  • Cook up meeting materials and resources.
  • Support successful execution of executive meetings.
  • Coordinate communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate clear and professional executive communications.
  • Aid in international business coordination.
  • Prepare and process expense reports.
  • Assist with invoice processing and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain organized business records and files.
  • Support routine office administration tasks.
  • Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately.
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Support executives during onsite visits and international travel.
  • Aid in overseas business visit coordination.
  • Adapt to changing executive priorities and schedules.
  • Provide proactive support for executive initiatives.
  • Maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments.
  • Contribute to efficient executive operations.

Requirements

  • Experience providing executive-level administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native-level proficiency in both Korean and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating executive calendars and meetings.
  • Experience arranging business travel.
  • Experience preparing expense reports and processing invoices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and self-motivated work style.
  • Outgoing personality with a collaborative, people-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as business needs require.
