Role Summary The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership within a fast-paced professional services environment. This trusted position plays a critical role in ensuring priorities remain organized, communications are effectively managed, and key initiatives continue moving forward. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to executive leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, supporting stakeholder communications, maintaining CRM data, organizing documentation, and driving follow-through on critical action items. This is a highly visible position requiring exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct executive support to senior leadershipManage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, meetings, and travel arrangementsCoordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, conference calls, and executive eventsPrepare agendas, meeting materials, follow-up documentation, and executive correspondenceDraft, proofread, and distribute professional communications and reportsMaintain Salesforce records, contacts, activities, reminders, and relationship dataTrack commitments, deadlines, action items, and follow-up responsibilitiesCoordinate communications with clients, advisors, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholdersSupport preparation of presentations, reports, proposals, executive summaries, and business documentsMaintain organized electronic filing systems and document management proceduresAssist with project coordination, workflow management, and special initiativesProcess executive travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event logisticsKey Requirements3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Executive Coordinator, or related experienceExperience supporting senior executives, partners, business owners, founders, or leadership teamsStrong calendar management and executive scheduling experienceExperience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platformAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demandsStrong written communication, proofreading, and document formatting skillsExperience preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive correspondenceHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with executives and external stakeholdersPreferred SkillsExperience supporting executives within professional services, consulting, financial services, banking, accounting, legal services, real estate, or similar environmentsSalesforce reporting, dashboard management, workflow tracking, or CRM administration experienceExperience coordinating travel, expense reporting, executive events, and complex schedulingBackground in legal support, paralegal work, transaction coordination, or executive operationsExperience supporting due diligence, project coordination, or business development initiativesStrong document management and records administration experienceBachelor's degree preferredCall to Action Are you a detail-oriented Executive Assistant looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working directly with senior leadership?
