The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and Deputy General Manager at the G1 facility in Wilmer, TX. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to manufacturing leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules for executives.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.
- Cook up executive communications with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Support plant leadership with production meetings, safety meetings, and operational reviews.
- Aid in tracking KPIs, production metrics, inventory reports, and operational dashboards.
- Cook up site visits, audits, inspections, and customer meetings.
- Help manage documentation related to manufacturing processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain records for safety, quality, and operational reporting.
- Order office supplies and coordinate facility or administrative services.
- Process invoices, expense reports, purchase requests, and travel reimbursements.
- Organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and document control procedures.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees and contractors.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, production teams, HR, finance, and external stakeholders.
- Cook up communication across departments to ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Aid in special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational planning.
Qualifications
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of executive assistant or administrative support experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with ERP systems, production reporting tools, or manufacturing software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and plant operations.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in an industrial environment.
- Familiarity with safety and quality compliance documentation.
- Ability to interact professionally with employees at all organizational levels.
