Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant provides executive support to the President. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President. Also, serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and executive management team, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts.

  • Executive’s time saved and calendar efficiency
  • Accuracy of documents and reports
  • Sooth coordination of logistics and travel
  • Effectiveness in managing communication flow

Essential Functions

  • Drafting, editing, and formatting reports, memos, presentations, and meeting minutes including weekly Executive Meeting packet, monthly detailed Board Reports.
