Executive Assistant
About the role
The Executive Assistant will support the SVP, Ecosystems Partnerships & AI Applications, the SVP, Customer Success and the broader US commercial teams. They will own administrative tasks, calendar management, and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support the SVP, Ecosystems Partnerships & AI Applications, the SVP, Customer Success and the broader US commercial teams
- Work closely with our NYC, Chicago and Helsinki Executive Assistants
- Actively manage/own the executives’ calendar including arranging and prioritizing meetings
- Cook up the executives’ travel, help to plan customer visits and other events including owning all expense collection and submission
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve existing business operations
- Represent the Smartly.io brand in all interactions
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role with a high-growth, fast paced company supporting a senior level executive
- Worked in a start-up environment (a focus on Social or Ad-tech is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Project Management skills and experience
- Independent and well structured working style with can-do attitude
- Ability to learn fast learning and determination to achieve goals
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $28 to $45 USD per hour.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position with the expectation that you will be in the office 2-3 days a week. The nature of the work may require some after hours and weekend support.
