Responsibilities
- High-level calendar management
- Communications
- Travel management
- Project coordination
- Internal and external communications
- Event coordination
- Select project management
- Work closely with senior leaders, direct reports, and external stakeholders to help drive the rhythm and execution of key priorities
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience, ideally supporting a C-level executive
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity
- High discretion and comfort handling confidential information
- Ownership mindset with a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and GSuite
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability and willingness to work onsite two days per week or as needed

Pay
SingleStore's base salary range for this role: $130,000 - $175,000 USD per year. Salary is based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location, and is just one part of our total compensation and benefits package. Certain roles are also eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases and annual bonuses.
