About the Role
Shroff Travel is hiring for the Executive Assistant position. This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports travel planning, group and event coordination, reservations, traveler support, supplier communication, and service workflows through responsibilities appropriate to the Executive Assistant function. The role is designed for organized remote execution, accurate documentation, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Provide organized administrative support by managing documents, schedules, correspondence, records, and follow-up relevant to the Executive Assistant role.
- Maintain accurate digital files and task records to ensure information can be located, reviewed, and handed off without unnecessary delay.
- Coordinate meetings, deadlines, requests, or routine communications using approved tools and documented procedures.
- Prepare summaries, trackers, spreadsheets, or supporting materials needed by teams working across travel planning, group and event coordination, reservations, traveler support, supplier communication, and service workflows.
- Handle confidential or business-sensitive information carefully and communicate exceptions promptly to the appropriate team member.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform Executive Assistant work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the Executive Assistant workflow.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote position.

Pay
Base compensation: $48,000-$62,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
