Executive Assistant

Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "Our Executive Assistants work closely..." That's about the role. Then "What You'll Do" list. Then "What It Takes" list of requirements. Then "Here is what you can look forward to as part of our team:" includes benefits, flexibility, etc. Then "Why Join Sentry?" includes culture, recognition, legacy. Then "Building on a Legacy" maybe part of Why Join? Could be separate but we can combine. Also "Your Career, Our Community" maybe part of Why Join. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements/Qualifications (What It Takes), Benefits (Here is what you can look forward to...), maybe also a section for "Why Join Sentry?" but that may be overlapping with Benefits; but we can include as a separate section like "About the Company" or "Culture". The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include only those that have real content. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits. Possibly Skills could be part of Requirements. We'll not create Pay or Schedule unless specified; there is no explicit pay or schedule details besides hybrid flexibility (work from home Mondays/Fridays). That's schedule info? It mentions Hybrid Flexibility: optional work from home on Mondays and Fridays, office Tue-Thu. That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section. However instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state hybrid flexibility, which is schedule. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: we have many benefits listed. So Benefits section.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, contact info, etc. Also remove "Talent Acquisition Specialist Thank you for your interest in Sentry! Katelynne Rivera Katelynne.Rivera@Sentry.com". Also remove "Equal Employment Opportunity Sentry is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information.

We could combine "Why Join Sentry?" into an "About the Company" or "Culture" section. But headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No explicit "About the Company". However we could treat "Why Join Sentry?" as part of Benefits? Not really. Could be a separate section like "About Sentry". The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings (e.g.) meaning those are examples; we can use other headings if needed? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings when appropriate. It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but likely they expect us to stick to those. However we have content that fits into About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Schedule (hybrid flexibility). The "Why Join Sentry?" could be part of About the role? Not exactly. Could be part of Benefits? Not really. Could be part of About the role? Might be considered "About the role" includes company culture? The intro already covers role. Maybe we can incorporate the "Why Join Sentry?" content into a paragraph under About the role or as a separate section like "About Sentry". But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could merge the Why Join Sentry! content into Benefits or About the role? But it's not benefits; it's about company recognition, legacy, community. Could be part of "About the role" as a description of the company. However the instruction says "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role). So we could have About the role containing both the role description and company culture/benefits? But we already have Benefits separate. Might be okay to have About the role (intro + Why Join Sentry!). But then Benefits separate.
Alternatively we could create a section "About Sentry" but not in the list; risk of not following instruction. Safer to stick to the given headings. So we will have:
