Operations
Supports the CEO with calendar management, email handling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Prioritizes tasks and communications to ensure the CEO remains focused on strategic decisions.
Handles personal tasks to allow the CEO to focus on business growth.
Maintains office operations, resources, and supplies to ensure smooth functioning.
Manages budgets for travel and operations to promote efficiency and cost savings.
Assists with report preparation, presentation creation, and other business documentation.
Oversees the company's presence in Austin, contributing to its growth and reputation.
Maintains confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience.
- Based in the Austin metro area (in-person, 5 days/week role).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded.
- Excellent communicator with strong people skills and emotional intelligence.
- Self-sufficient, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
