Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and passionate Human Resource Manager to join our HR team the HR operations and cultivating a positive working environment for the company. This position is based (New Delhi) – On-site

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-growing dynamic workspace maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Excellent email drafting and handling phone calls/ video calls with maturity for high-profile interactions on behalf of / together with the Founders.
  • Conserves management’s time by drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications. Prioritize inquiries and meeting requests based on the importance of the event(s). Make and implement recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements with various stakeholders.
  • Attending meetings with internal team members, dealers, consultants, vendors, bankers, etc., being present in meetings happening at the factory on behalf of/ along with the founders to minute the same and taking follow up with the same stakeholders.
  • Systematically storing all business-related information/data for quick and efficient retrieval in the future.
  • Managing contacts and relationships of industry and scientific bodies, government/semi-govt membership renewals, subscriptions, etc.
  • Maintaining and updating a list of business contacts, including personal information such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. which is helpful in critical relationship management with the staff and partners/dealers/vendors.
  • Keeping track of the Management Calendar and Setting up meetings as per availability. Provide a supportive role in organizing teleconferences and travel arrangements.
  • Performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned from time to time to support the Founders. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate or similar
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge & Google documents
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
