Executive Assistant
Remote-US (Eastern Time required) · Full-time · 12-month contract, conversion eligible
About the role
Measure Well is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO directly, reporting to the Head of Operations. This is a 12-month initial contract with real potential to convert to a full-time permanent role based on performance and business need. The CEO's calendar, the rhythm of leadership meetings, travel, expenses, vendor coordination, and the stakeholder map spanning funders, an Advisory Council, and a distributed leadership team — all of it lands here. You make sure the CEO walks into every meeting prepared, with a clear agenda, the right materials, and action items from the prior discussion already tracked. You spot the gaps before anyone asks.
For experienced EAs who want their work to matter beyond the calendar, this role is uncommon. Measure Well is an early-stage venture funded by The Ballmer Group, built around a national strategy to help community technology leaders expand their impact with better data and tools. The team is small, the systems are yours to shape, and the work has real consequence. Great EAs are looking for something more than tasks to be performed. They want to make an impact and be part of something that matters. This is that role.
