About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Team at Planned Parenthood Association of Utah. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the Executive Team
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team members
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations
- Manage calendars and schedules for the Executive Team
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant role
- Proven experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures (preferred)
