- Serve as a key liaison between executive leaders, employees, board members, private equity partners, external stakeholders, and other Executive Assistants across the organization.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, Presidents, or senior business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive priorities.
- Experience supporting multiple executives and balancing competing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional executive presence.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build credibility and trust with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to support executive and business priorities.
