- Maintain workflow and deadline management, keeping tasks traceable and actionable for executive support.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting, ensuring accuracy and accountability in marketing-related tasks.
- Coordinate quality control and source verification to prevent errors and downstream rework.

Strong executive assistance ensures operational control remains usable under the demands of marketing strategy and execution. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear ownership, and repeated errors must be surfaced before causing rework.

Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
