Responsibilities
- Provide high‑touch, confidential administrative support for select senior executives.
- Proactively manage complex, interdependent calendars across time zones, ensuring efficient use of executive time.
- Prepare agendas, itineraries, and briefing materials to support executive meetings and engagements.
- Handle executive correspondence, screen calls, and manage meeting requests with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Arrange sophisticated global travel, including multi‑country itineraries and visa requirements, with a focus on cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings (on‑site, off‑site, and virtual), including logistics, technology, catering, and materials.
- Manage expense reporting, document retention, and executive records with accuracy and discretion.
- Draft, edit, and distribute executive‑level communications and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve tools, and enhance administrative efficiency.
- Provide backup administrative support for the Pearl River office as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional supporting executive leadership.
- Able and willing to work on -site 5 days a week in the Pearl River office.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex logistics.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated discretion and comfort handling sensitive, confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Experience with corporate travel and expense systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: Experience supporting leaders in a global or multinational organization; Korean language fluency.
