Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for multiple senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively align executive time and activities with strategic priorities, business objectives, and leadership commitments.
- Prepare executives for meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, logistics, and action-item follow-up.
- Capture and support leadership meetings, off-sites, and corporate events while partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as a key liaison for executive interactions and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage executive expense reporting, purchase orders, invoice coordination, and vendor payment processes.
- Draft and coordinate executive communications, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to support leadership initiatives and office operations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Ace’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative experience.
- 7+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives in a complex, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
- Experience using ERP, procurement, and expense management systems (e.g., Oracle, Concur, SAP, Emburse).
- Experience managing executive calendars, travel coordination, expense reporting, and financial processes such as purchase orders and invoice management.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, written communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Pay
Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $70,000 - $85,000.
Schedule
We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week, offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.
