Responsibilities
- Manage an active calendar of appointments
- Complete expense reports
- Compose and prepare correspondence
- Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Compile documents for travel-related meetings
- Handle all company correspondence, documents, and meetings as confidential
- Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach
- Draft acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Department Head to effectively lead the department
- Prepare communications, expense reports, make reservations for travel, arrange detailed plans and meeting agendas
- Attend TEAm meetings and prepare summaries as needed
- Complete special projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, monitoring progress, and problem-solving
- Manage company milestone and recognition program
- Serve as a Strategic Planning auditor by attending all quarterly and annual meetings to prepare Department Metrics and monitor progress
- Maintain Department SharePoint sites and be an Office 365 Champion
- Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities
- Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components
- This position has food safety responsibilities
Qualifications
- All applicants must have a B.A. or B.S. degree; or a minimum of 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret reports and correspondence
- Must have excellent spelling and grammar; excellent phone skills, meet deadlines; proof one’s own work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
