About the role

You will support the founders with administrative, operational, and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the founders with administrative tasks
  • Operate internal systems and processes
  • Organize meetings and travel arrangements
  • Manage calendars and schedules
  • Handle correspondence and communications
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as an executive assistant
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience working with high-level executives
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
