- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives across the organization
- Manage complex, and rapidly changing calendars across multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Cook up internal and external meetings across functions and time zones; own scheduling, logistics, and follow-up
- Prioritize scheduling requests and resolve conflicts proactively
- Prepare meeting materials and agendas; ensure executives are briefed and prepared in advance
- Cook up Board of Directors meeting coordination and other executive-level meetings
- Own end-to-end meeting logistics, including scheduling, room coordination, and follow-up
- Ensure executives are prepared and informed ahead of meetings and key business discussions
- Cook up domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Track and reconcile travel-related expenses
- Aid in office management responsibilities, including ordering supplies and supporting day-to-day office operations
- Cook up onsite meetings, executive visits, interviews, and special events
- Support ad hoc operational and administrative projects as business needs evolve
Education & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree required · 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders, including C-suite executives · Prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling biotech environment required, start-up company experience preferred · Proven ability to manage complex calendars and meeting logistics for senior leadership · Familiarity with travel coordination and expense management tools (e.g., Coupa) preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000. This role may also be eligible for a target annual bonus and equity-based compensation, as well as participation in the company’s benefit programs. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to relevant years of experience, educational background, and geography.
