Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Schedule and coordinate communications
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Aid in the execution of special projects
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
