The position provides executive-focused assistance with an emphasis on operational control, ensuring decisions reflect the specific demands of the travel-tech environment.
The role requires maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while delivering executive support. Every checkpoint must leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action to ensure traceability and accountability.

- Maintain executive-focused assistance with business support, ensuring all actions are documented with source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Reconcile official travel role documentation with status tracking, keeping records accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate workflow and deadline management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-ups.
- Review documentation and generate reports to support executive decision-making.
- Perform document quality control and source verification to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Apply operational control standards to ensure work remains usable under the demands of the travel-tech environment, surfacing repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
- Use the "Just Travel Oficial" workflow context to confidently support operations coordination.
- Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning for decisions.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when actions depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure remote completion of tasks meets standards for security, traceability, and readiness for the next authorized teammate.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain operational control in a fast-paced, Brazilian travel-tech environment focused on tourism product distribution, e-commerce, and partner support.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is traceable, unresolved items have owners, and errors are surfaced proactively.
- Experience with workflow coordination, deadline management, and executive-focused assistance.
- Proficiency in documenting process compliance, issue escalation, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Judgment to handle follow-ups and dependencies, especially when relying on external confirmations.
