About the role
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the President & CEO of Integrity House, a leading provider of substance use and mental health services. Based on-site at our flagship campus in Newark, NJ, this position requires strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for the President & CEO and senior leadership team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the President & CEO and senior leadership team.
- Draft and proofread executive correspondence and presentations.
- Screen incoming communications and prioritize urgent matters.
- Serve as the central communication bridge for the President & CEO.
- Organize leadership meetings, including agenda creation and logistics.
- Record detailed meeting minutes and track action items.
- Facilitate collaboration across various internal departments.
- Communicate and align internal messaging with corporate communication.
- Coordinate and support organized town halls, webinars, and large corporate events.
- Provide administrative support for risk management activities.
- Maintain confidential risk registers and compliance documents.
- Coordinate logistics for crisis management and continuity planning.
- Track regulatory deadlines and policy updates.
- Oversee assigned committees, ensuring logistics for event coordination, communication, entertainment, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field, required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workspace tools.
- Prioritized ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with flawless attention to detail.
- A valid NJ Driver’s License, required.

Pay
$55,000.00 per year
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm with occasional flexibility to work outside of normal business hours.
