This is a temp-to-perm position.
About the role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer and leadership team. This is not a traditional support role — it's a strategic partnership with a dynamic, customer-focused development organization. You will help manage the operational rhythm, build relationships across the business, and anticipate needs to keep our team focused on our customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the CTO’s calendar: prioritize ruthlessly, protect time for deep work, and ensure every meeting has a clear purpose.
- Book and manage all domestic and international travel, including ground transportation, lunches, and logistics.
- Process and reconcile expenses accurately and on time.
- Partner closely with the CTO’s direct reports and their teams to stay ahead of what’s coming.
- Anticipate needs, flag risks, and propose solutions.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders, ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
- A reputation for being trusted, discreet, and genuinely respected by the people you work with.
- Strong calendar management skills with a strategic approach to prioritization.
- Excellent written communication skills; able to draft messages and agendas with minimal direction.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized but adaptable; able to adjust to shifting priorities without losing momentum.
- Low ego, high standards, and a growth mindset; committed to excellence because the work matters.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and expense management tools (such as Brex, Coupa, etc.).
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation, plus all full-time employees participate in our ownership program — because everyone should have a stake in our success.
- Flexible work culture. Our remote, hybrid and in-office collaboration spaces vary by role, team and location.
- Generous time off, including local holidays and our annual “Dim the Lights” period in late December, when teams are encouraged to step back and recharge based on departmental needs.
- Comprehensive wellness programs and mental health support.
- Learning and development resources, including professional development tools and tuition reimbursement, to support your growth.
- The technology and tools you need to do your best work.
- Motivosity employee recognition program.
- A culture rooted in inclusivity, support, and meaningful connection.
Pay
Compensation range: $73,840 – $95,000.
