Executive Assistant.
About the role
We're offering a unique opportunity to create immediate, visible impact at the highest levels of our company. Your work will be mission-critical for InMobi, directly enabling one of our most senior revenue leaders and the broader leadership team to operate at full speed. This role is based onsite in our New York City office. Our leaders travel extensively and globally, so comfort supporting a leader in motion — not just in the room — is essential.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary, trusted executive support to our SVP & Head of Revenue, while also managing administrative needs across 2-3 senior leaders on the broader revenue team
- Provide intermittent support to the wider leadership team for external events, conferences, and client gatherings
- Manage complex, cross-time-zone calendars with judgment — prioritizing what matters without becoming a bottleneck or "gatekeeper"
- Represent the Executive Office with polish and professionalism when interacting with the Board, customers, employees, and management
- Coordinate meetings end-to-end, ensuring leaders arrive on time, prepared, and with the right context in hand
- Plan and execute complex domestic and international travel logistics with precision and foresight
- Own expense reporting, anticipate needs before they're voiced, and help protect leaders' focus and work-life balance
- Partner with HR on senior-level onboarding and with other departments on events, offsites, and team activities
- Track key deliverables and continuously refine administrative processes as the business scales
- Help shape a vibrant, high-performing, and open leadership culture
Requirements
- 10+ years as a seasoned executive assistant, with strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a track record of supporting senior leaders in fast-paced technology or revenue-driven organizations
- 3+ years of Global EA experience required; proven ability to coordinate seamlessly across multiple time zones with globally distributed leadership
- Genuine fluency and curiosity with modern productivity and AI-powered tools (e.g., AI scheduling, inbox assistants, meeting-notes and summarization tools, research copilots) with the appetite to explore and adopt new technology
- Comfort and grace operating in a fast-moving, fluid environment where priorities shift quickly; ability to find clarity and calm where others might find noise
- Flexibility and agility with scheduling and coordination, and full confidence handling last-minute changes
- High EQ, executive presence, and maturity; ability to build credibility with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex or ambiguous situations without needing the full picture
- The highest degree of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information, paired with tact and diplomacy in a highly visible seat
- An unflappable, steady presence that brings calm to any situation, even as priorities shift in real time
- Strong self-sufficiency — the instinct to find solutions and anticipate needs without waiting for direction
- Integrity, a drive to empower others, sharp organization, and a high bar for follow-through
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and negotiation skills, with sound judgment under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the interpersonal range to manage multiple senior relationships simultaneously
- Thorough understanding of international travel logistics and executive-level event coordination
- Results-oriented and highly motivated, with the organizational instincts to keep several fast-moving priorities on track at once
- A genuine passion for empowering others, paired with a positive, solutions-first attitude
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
