About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, and handle domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive communications with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Cook up internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up on action items.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for executives, communicating professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Track priorities, manage multiple projects, and ensure important deadlines are met.
  • Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support across leadership.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and leverage new technologies, including AI productivity tools.
  • Support special projects and other executive priorities as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
  • Experience in financial services, investment management, professional services, consulting, or another fast-paced corporate environment preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience preparing polished presentations and executive-level materials.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary, plus bonus and excellent benefits!
