Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage complex calendars, and handle domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive communications with exceptional attention to detail.
- Cook up internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a key point of contact for executives, communicating professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Track priorities, manage multiple projects, and ensure important deadlines are met.
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support across leadership.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and leverage new technologies, including AI productivity tools.
- Support special projects and other executive priorities as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
- Experience in financial services, investment management, professional services, consulting, or another fast-paced corporate environment preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience preparing polished presentations and executive-level materials.
- A proactive mindset with excellent judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary, plus bonus and excellent benefits!
