Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain heavy calendar and deadline reminder systems
- Cook up internal and external meetings
- Read, sort and prioritize incoming email
- Make travel arrangements
- Prepare and manage expense reimbursements by using Chrome River
- Input attorney time entries into InTapp system; work closely with Billing Department
- Work closely with Business Development team
- Responsible for input of correspondence, memoranda, legal documents and forms utilizing Microsoft Word
- Screen telephone calls, accurately recording and relaying telephone message
- Observe confidentiality of client matters
- Maintain department files
- Operate standard office equipment including copiers and scanners
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
Requirements
- Three (3) to five (5)+ years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to proofread typed material for grammatical, typographical and spelling errors
- Necessary interpersonal skills and superior command of English language in order to communicate and follow instruction effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability to work overtime when needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
