Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executive leadership
  • Auxiliary with tracking expenses, invoices, and basic financial documentation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
  • Cope with incoming communication, prioritizing and directing as needed
  • Cook up agendas, materials, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings
  • Aid in project tracking and guarantee deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain coordinated records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests from leadership
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in a fast-paced or multi-location environment preferred
  • Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $50,000 - $80,000
  • Benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.)
