About the role
Responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience with project management tools
