Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the Chairman's primary administrative resource.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Cook up appointments and scheduling.
- Aid in business-related administrative and personal tasks as needed.
- Prepare correspondence and other documents.
- Anticipate the Chairman's administrative needs and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage the President's calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Schedule customer visits, lunches, and presentations.
- Cook up meeting logistics and prepare supporting materials.
- Aid in correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Track routine follow-up items and reminders.
- Provide administrative support as time permits after the Chairman's priorities have been addressed.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Cook up travel and meeting logistics for both executives.
- Maintain executive files and records.
- Process expense reports.
- Cook up document routing for approvals and signatures.
- Screen calls and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Represent the Executive Office professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and community partners.

Pay
$75,000.00 to $80,000.00
Reporting Relationship
Reports directly to the Chairman and President.
Work Prioritization
The Chairman's needs and requests always take precedence. The President receives the balance of the Executive Assistant's available time and support.
