We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About The Opportunity" and then "Key Responsibilities", "Executive Assistant Qualifications & Skills", "Working At GLOBAL OPS - Company Overview", "Position Details". Also includes location, schedule, compensation, benefits. We need headings:

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content accordingly. We should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: "How to Apply", "Equal opportunity employer", contact info, etc. Also remove navigation/legal/EEO etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need sections: About the role (maybe from "About The Opportunity" and "Working At GLOBAL OPS - Company Overview"? Actually "About The Opportunity" is intro; "Working At GLOBAL OPS - Company Overview" is company overview. Could combine into About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create sections with those headings if content exists. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph about passion, mission, etc. Also company overview maybe part of About the role. We'll include both. - Responsibilities: from "Key Responsibilities" bullet points (multiple sub-sections). We'll list as
  • . - Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The posting has "Executive Assistant Qualifications & Skills". That includes qualifications and skills. We could split into Requirements (maybe experience, notary cert) and Skills (organizational, communication, etc). But we can combine into Qualifications and Skills sections if content exists. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have a single "Qualifications" section that includes both qualifications and skills. Or we could have "Requirements" and "Skills". Let's see: The posting includes "Proven experience as an Executive Assistant..." etc. That's qualifications. Then skills list: organizational, communication, attention to detail, proficiency in Google Suite, etc. So we could have two sections: Requirements (experience, notary cert) and Skills (the rest). But we need to avoid thin sections. Might be okay to have both. - Benefits: from Position Details: "Benefits: 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, referral program, and more". So we need Benefits section. - Pay: "Compensation: $80,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience". So Pay section. - Schedule: "Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week - 9 AM to 6 PM with an hour of lunch break - flexible hours required (may include occasional weekends)". So Schedule section. We also have Location: "Location: Manhattan, NY (in person)". Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate short paragraph. Since we don't have a heading for Location, we can embed in a

under About the role or as a separate paragraph without heading. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So location can be a short

. We must remove boilerplate: "How to Apply", "Equal opportunity employer", contact info, website, social media, office line. Also remove "Learn more about our mission and services: https://globalops.com/" maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link but it's part of About the opportunity? Might be considered navigation? It's a link to learn more; could be considered boilerplate but it's part of the opportunity description. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Learn more about our mission and services: https://globalops.com/" is not exactly navigation but it's a link; could be considered navigation. Safer to remove it. Also remove "Position Details" heading? We'll use headings for Pay, Schedule, Benefits. We'll not include "Position Details" as heading. We need to preserve all substantive information: So we need to keep the location, schedule, compensation, benefits text. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We need to ensure no extra headings like "About The Opportunity" etc. We used About the role. Good. Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed "How to Apply", "Equal opportunity employer", contact lines, website, social media, office line. Also removed "Learn more about our mission and services: https://globalops.com/". Good. Check for duplicate lines: none. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The intro about passion, mission, company overview, location, responsibilities (including all bullet points), qualifications (experience, notary), skills (list), pay, schedule, benefits. All there. Make sure we didn't miss any responsibility bullet: The original had sections: Executive Leadership Support (multiple bullets), Operations & Cross-Functional Execution (multiple bullets), Continuous Improvement Process & Workflow Improvement - Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Executive Documentation & Knowledge Management (maybe no bullet?), Executive Office Systems Improvement Governance, Compliance & Administration (multiple bullets). We captured: "Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency." (we have that). We also captured "Develop and maintain efficient filing, task tracking, and document management systems." and "Support expense reconciliation and executive reporting as needed." We missed maybe "Executive Documentation & Knowledge Management" and "Executive Office Systems Improvement Governance, Compliance & Administration" specifics: they had bullet points: "Corporate & Regulatory Licensing Administration", "Agent personnel licencing administration", "Company roster updates and management". Did we include those? No. We need to include those as responsibilities. Let's add them. Also there was "Executive Documentation & Knowledge Management" maybe no bullet but we can treat as a heading? But we should capture the bullet points under that: "Corporate & Regulatory Licensing Administration", "Agent personnel licencing administration", "Company roster updates and management". Also maybe "Support expense reconciliation and executive reporting as needed." we already have. Let's add those three bullets. Also there was "Executive Office Systems Improvement Governance, Compliance & Administration" maybe includes those three bullet points. So we add them. Thus responsibilities list should include: - Provide proactive and high-level administrative support to executives and leadership across multiple time zones. - Coordinate complex international and domestic schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Prepare meeting agendas, materials, briefing documents, and take accurate meeting minutes. - Assist with confidential correspondence, communications, and document management. - Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and integrity. - Collaborate with the operations department to track project timelines, deliverables, and status updates. - Monitor and optimize executive workflows, anticipating needs and prioritizing daily requirements. - Act as a liaison between executive leadership, clients, and key internal or external stakeholders worldwide. - Support scheduling for cross-functional teams and manage logistical arrangements for events or conferences. - Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Develop and maintain efficient filing, task tracking, and document management systems. - Support expense reconciliation and executive reporting as needed. - Corporate & Regulatory Licensing Administration - Agent personnel licencing administration - Company roster updates and management We should maybe phrase the last three as bullet points. Now check if any other responsibility: "Executive Documentation & Knowledge Management" maybe no further detail. We'll ignore. Now check if any other qualification: "Posessing the notary certification or obtaining one within one month of employment" we have. Now check if any other skill: "Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Gmail), AI utilisation, and calendar management tools; experience with collaboration platforms is desirable." we have. Now check if any other benefit: "401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, referral program, and more" we have. Now check if any other schedule detail: "Full-time, 5 days per week - 9 AM to 6 PM with an hour of lunch break - flexible hours required (may include occasional weekends)" we have. Now check if any other pay detail: "$80,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience" we have. Now check if any other location: "Manhattan, NY (in person)" we have. Now check if any other company overview: we included. Now ensure we didn't include any fluff like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. Now output
