Executive Assistant
About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our R&D team. This role will provide critical administrative support to our CTO and CPO, manage the calendars for 1-2 additional executives, and greet visitors to Garner's headquarters. This role will report to the Product Chief of Staff.
Where you will work
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 5 days per week Monday through Friday.
What you will do
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CTO and CPO including scheduling meetings, prioritizing tasks and events, and assisting with initiatives
- Act as a liaison between the CTO and CPO and other internal / external stakeholders, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information with discretion
- Partner with the Workplace Operations Lead to manage and greet office visitors, and provide backup for other office administrative tasks as needed
- Provide lighter weight calendar and administrative support for 1-2 additional executives, as capacity allows
- Lightweight personal assistant support to the CPO and CTO
What you will bring to the team
- 2+ years previous executive assistant experience, preferably at a fast-moving tech company
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented organization systems and effective prioritization abilities
- An ability to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward
- An aptitude for making people feel welcome and supported in the office

Compensation
The target salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
