The Role
Future Standard is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to Executive Committee and Management Committee leaders.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex and active executive calendars, including meeting scheduling, long-range planning, recurring event management, meeting preparation, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Expertly prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts while balancing competing executive priorities.
- Carefully coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including booking, itinerary management, logistics coordination, and real-time problem solving.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other executive communications.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings, client events, dinners, and other business functions.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, credibility, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Operate independently, resourcefully, and with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the Executive Committee, C-suite, or equivalent leadership level.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Expert-level organizational and calendar management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling requirements.
- Extensive experience coordinating and managing executive travel arrangements.
- Strong knowledge of corporate technology platforms and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Assertive, self-confident, and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Highly motivated, service-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
