About the Role

We are actively hiring a Principal Investigator to support our Jacksonville site. This is an onsite, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize project management skills to coordinate and execute various initiatives, from conception to completion.
  • Delegate and prioritize tasks, manage resources, analyze problems, report progress, and analyze project performance.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and accommodations for executives, ensuring seamless itineraries.
  • Manage and approve expenses in accordance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences for executive team members.
  • Leverage technology tools and platforms to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate notes in leadership meetings. Distribute summaries and action items in a timely manner.
  • Prepare presentations for the executive leadership team.
  • Efficiently review, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written, and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Support HR projects and workstreams.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 7-10 years' experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or a similar role.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred.

Skills

  • Full professional proficiency in office productivity software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Office365 products, Graphs, Excel pivot tables, Word Forms, Visio, Org charts, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional follow-through and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
  • Extreme integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership skills that foster a positive team dynamic.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment in collaboration with various teams throughout Flourish Research.
  • Flexible and able to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.

  • Ability to think independently and influence when appropriate.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Work is performed on-site.
  • Travel may be required up to 35% - 50%.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Frequent communication with all stakeholders, requiring the ability to exchange accurate information.
  • Constant operation of a computer and other office machinery.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work schedules.
  • Ability to properly lift thirty-five pounds and occasionally more than thirty-five pounds.
  • Ability to drive and daily availability of an automobile.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week.
