Responsibilities
- Assist President in executing the mission of the organization, to include managing calendar, travel arrangements, and a diverse set of special projects.
- Scheduling meetings, conference calls and other engagements.
- Aid in regular communication and meetings with family members.
- Maintain records, registrations for membership on Boards, Professional Organizations and Foundations.
- Participate in grantee site visits in support of private foundations’ philanthropic objectives.
- Perform miscellaneous research and due diligence as requested.
- Prepare correspondence, maintain mailing and various address databases.
- Work as the first point of contact for calls/inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Collaborate with and coordinate with external vendors to ensure and manage project completion.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years work experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Education degree preferred.
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience is ideal.
