We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the GM & VP, Enbridge Gas Utah, Wyoming and Idaho, and a team of senior leaders. This highly visible role acts as a trusted partner, managing priorities, coordinating key business activities, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support to the GM & VP by managing complex calendars, prioritizing requests, screening correspondence, and optimizing their time and effectiveness.
- Act as a key liaison between the GM & VP, internal stakeholders, and external organizations, coordinating communications, commitments, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate and prepare recurring business reports, financial summaries, operating cost reports, timesheets, vacation tracking, and other cyclical administrative processes.
- Plan, organize, and execute meetings, conferences, leadership events, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain professional correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other executive-level documentation.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, support technology and facility service requests, and help ensure efficient office operations.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional administrative initiatives and provide support for special projects and ad hoc business requests as required.
Requirements
- Administrative certification or equivalent experience (e.g., spreadsheet/database management, accounting and business math, business communications).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders in a complex business environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and business communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations, and business metrics.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, leadership teams, and external partners.
- Exceptional discretion, judgment, and professionalism when handling highly confidential, sensitive, and business-critical information.
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based role with 5-10% travel.
- Required to be in the office 5 days a week.
- Fast-paced and deadline-driven work with competing priorities, requiring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and occasional availability outside regular business hours.
- Occasional physical activity may be required, including lifting and moving office supplies, files, or equipment (up to 20 pounds).
Physical Requirements
- Grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing.
- Sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
- Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Pay
Salary ranges from $32.00 - $42.00 per hour USD for US locations based on candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
