Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support to the Executive Director and Leadership Team
- Manage Google 5-star reviews and support Outcomes Administration
- Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning
- Respond to incoming calls and coordinate family/referral partner tours
- Schedule, scribe meetings, and manage compliance documentation
- Cooking and managing office supplies
- Handling shipping logistics and IT coordination
- Supporting program events
- Aiding in new employee orientation and onboarding
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid State of Oregon driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive for work
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Three (3) years of administrative experience
- Solid computer and internet application skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and develop efficient processes
- Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion
- Experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, or admissions is a plus
