Responsibilities
- Schedule and maintain appointments and meetings.
- Aid in scheduling onsite interviews.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Create and review documents.
- Create and update regular reports and internal databases.
- Respond promptly to managers’ queries.
- Contribute to team efforts by completing related results as needed.
- Assist with expense reconciliations monthly.
- Assist with payables and invoice approvals with management.
- Assist with drug testing employees at NacSpace.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with college coursework preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant is required.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel programs is essential.
- Experience with candidate sourcing resources such as Indeed, WorkinTexas/TWC, etc., is desirable.
- Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required.
