Executive Assistant
Position Summary
EBI Consulting is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to provide direct high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and other Executives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Plan executive meetings and board meetings
- Track key projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met
- Provide research and background information to support decision-making
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
- Partner with HR or communications teams on internal announcements or initiatives
- Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce and FinancialForce users, ensuring efficient use of the platforms and resolving any user-related issues
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
Qualifications And Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3–7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Experience in a corporate, consulting, or professional services environment preferred
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar/travel systems (e.g., Concur, Zoom, Slack), as well as working proficiency with AI to maximize efficiency
- Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and exercise good judgment
Benefits
The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
