Purpose of Position
Provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the President/CEO and, occasionally, the entire executive leadership team. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, productivity, and the ability to manage complex schedules and sensitive information in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, streamlines processes, and helps the President/CEO maximize productivity and focus on high priority initiatives.
Minimum Formal Education
- Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Five (5) or more years related experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting C-level executives
Other Requirements
- Must be bondable
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional listening and writing skills
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe/Acrobat
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must have the ability to anticipate needs of the CEO with little direction
- Must possess confidence and composure around people
- Must be highly professional, discreet, confidential, flexible, personable, and enjoy working with people
- Must be efficient, dependable, self-motivated and disciplined
