We need to output HTML fragment with sections: location and compensation range are given. We need to include sections only if real specific content. The posting includes location and compensation range. Should we include them as separate sections? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We have location and compensation range. Location could be part of "About the role"? Not exactly. Could be a short paragraph. Compensation range: we have "Compensation Range: $80-100K". That is specific, so we can create a Pay section with that. Location could be included in a short

maybe under About the role? But we can also create a Location section? Not listed as allowed headings but we could still use

for Location? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those examples. Safer to include location within a paragraph maybe after an

About the role? However About the role heading expects description of role. Could combine location and compensation in a short paragraph under About the role? But we need to preserve all substantive info. We could have:

About the role

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado. Compensation Range: $80-100K. DISA Uranium™ Corporation ...

But the About DISA Uranium paragraph is separate. Actually there is "About DISA Uranium" section describing company. That could be under About the role? Might be better to have separate sections: About the company (maybe not in list). But we can treat "About DISA Uranium" as part of About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but we should follow the pattern. Likely they expect sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we will map: - About the role: includes position overview and maybe company description? Could include both. - Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities. - Requirements/Qualifications: combine qualifications. - Benefits: we have "What We Offer" includes some benefits but not specific; it says "competitive benefits package" but not details. Since we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive benefits package" but no specifics. That's vague; maybe we should not create Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It says "competitive benefits package" is a statement but not specific. Might be considered stating benefits exist but not details. Safer to omit Benefits section. - Pay: we have compensation range, so include Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned, omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Pay. We need to preserve all substantive info: location, compensation range, company description, position overview, responsibilities list, qualifications list, what we offer (some items like high-trust seat, mission-driven culture, etc.) Those are substantive; we should include them somewhere. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "What We Offer" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role after position overview. We must not repeat job title as heading. Job title is Executive Assistant; we should not make a heading for it. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

About the role

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado. Compensation Range: $80-100K.

DISA Uranium™ Corporation (DISA Uranium) is redefining American uranium recovery and production. Headquartered in Casper, Wyoming, the Company recovers uranium and vanadium from abandoned uranium mine (AUM) waste, remediates legacy sites left across the western United States, and applies its patented high-pressure slurry ablation technology (HPSA™) to make conventional uranium production cleaner, more efficient, and more economic. We hold the only U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license to treat and recover AUM waste across multiple sites — and with a growing conventional resource base behind it, the Company is building the domestic capacity to turn American waste and American ore into American fuel. Our mission is simple: restore the past while powering the future, and rebuild a secure domestic uranium supply chain.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and serves as a key operational partner to the entire Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring the leadership team can focus on top priorities without administrative concerns. This role manages complex, rapidly changing calendars across multiple executives; coordinates meetings, offsites, and travel; tracks priorities and follow-through; and handles sensitive company and personal information with discretion. The Executive Assistant thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities across several stakeholders with minimal oversight, and operates with a high degree of ownership, judgment, and professionalism. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven company, wearing multiple hats and contributing to many areas of business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage complex, rapidly changing calendars for the CEO and COO, and serve as the central scheduling and logistics partner for the broader ELT, aligning calendars, resolving competing priorities and conflicts, and coordinating meetings, travel, internal reviews, Board interactions, and external partner engagements.
  • Support preparation of materials for investors, lenders, advisors, and strategic partners as directed.
  • Draft and edit executive-level communications, talking points, and leadership announcements on behalf of the CEO and other ELT members, managing information flow to ensure clarity and consistency of executive messaging.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for high-priority communications requiring CEO or ELT review or response, and as the central point of contact for the executive office, ensuring timely follow-up and action tracking across the leadership team.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and prepare contingencies, prioritizing requests and making informed tradeoffs to keep the CEO, COO, and ELT on time and focused; prepare daily schedules, briefing notes, and pre-read materials as needed.
  • Own the Executive Leadership Team's operating cadence — including ELT meetings, offsites, and leadership forums — building agendas, coordinating logistics, and tracking action items to completion; support ad hoc meeting setup, notes, and next steps for cross-functional meetings as needed.
  • Organize Board meeting logistics, scheduling, and planning, including coordinating travel as needed for Board members.
  • Organize travel, logistics, itineraries, and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency for assigned personnel.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization, including with ELT members and their teams, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle sensitive company and personal information with absolute discretion.
  • Represent the executive office with professionalism in all communications.
  • Abide by all policies and procedures established by DISA Uranium.
  • Attend and participate in all required safety trainings.
  • Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent on-the-job experience may be substituted.
  • Ten or more years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced, corporate work environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex, competing schedules, travel, and communications for multiple senior executives simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, reliability, accountability, and follow-through, including comfort managing multiple complex tasks at once.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic, fast-paced environments, working under pressure and with limited supervision, and identifying flexible solutions to challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, supporting shared goals and fostering positive relationships.
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate DISA's values of Dedication, Innovation, Sustainability, and Accelerate Change.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA/MSHA and company safety standards.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay

Compensation Range: $80-100K.

We also need to include "What We Offer" items: high-trust, high-visibility seat, mission-driven culture, etc. Those are substantive; we could add them to About the role or maybe a separate section like "What We Offer" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role after position overview as another paragraph. Let's add a paragraph after position overview: "What We Offer: A high-trust, high-visibility seat supporting the CEO, COO, and the entire Executive Leadership Team at a company doing work with no direct precedent. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package. A mission-driven, fast-moving culture that rewards initiative, integrity, and follow-through." But note we already have Pay section with compensation range; we might duplicate compensation info. The "What We Offer" includes "Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package." Since we already have Pay section with range, we could keep the other parts (high-trust seat, mission-driven culture) in About the role. Let's add a paragraph after position overview: "What We Offer: A high-trust, high-visibility seat supporting the CEO, COO, and the entire Executive Leadership Team at a company doing work with no direct precedent. A mission-driven, fast-moving culture that rewards initiative, integrity, and follow-through." We should not repeat compensation details; we can omit that part. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO. We removed that. Check for any duplicated lines: we have location and compensation in About the role paragraph and also Pay section. That's okay; location only appears once. Compensation appears in both About the role and Pay section; that's duplication but maybe acceptable? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It didn't forbid duplication, but we should avoid unnecessary duplication. Better to keep compensation only in Pay section, and location only in About the role. So remove compensation from About the role paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph will have location only. Let's rewrite About the role:
