Key Responsibilities
- Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and daily priorities across email, Telegram, and other communication channels.
- Cook up travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics.
- Manage inboxes, follow up on communications, and ensure important items do not fall through the cracks.
- Cook up meetings with founders, investors, vendors, and other third parties.
- Conduct market research and company research to support investment decisions and business initiatives.
- Aid with due diligence efforts by gathering information, organizing materials, and tracking follow-up items.
- Drive projects forward by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Process invoices, track payments, and assist with administrative finance tasks.
- Organize files, documents, contacts, and internal records.
- Schedule and manage LinkedIn and Twitter content.
- Aid with website updates and basic content management.
- Develop, document, and improve SOPs and internal processes.
- Cook up marketing initiatives with portfolio companies and external partners.
- Review and edit basic legal and business documents.
- Support crypto-related operational activities and learn investment-related processes as needed.
- Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and internal systems.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting a founder, executive, investor, or senior leader.
- Experience working in startups, venture capital, finance, consulting, or other fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with executives, investors, founders, vendors, and clients.
- Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information quickly.
- Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with limited direction.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
- Highly responsive and comfortable working in a role where priorities can change quickly.
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet.
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
