About the role
The Executive Assistant supports the CEO and internal teams by managing calendars, communications, travel, and office operations. Key responsibilities include planning and executing team events, managing communications, supporting cross-functional projects, managing complex calendar management, and overseeing travel planning and office operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute team events, offsites, and in-office experiences
- Own communications both to and from the CEO, escalating when necessary
- Support ad hoc projects across recruiting, legal, finance, and business operations
- Manage complex calendar management, prioritization, and scheduling for internal and external teams
- Manage travel planning and logistics, ensuring smooth execution for team members and prospective candidates
- Run day-to-day office operations, including managing vendors, supplies, and maintaining a high-functioning workspace
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong judgment; knows when to escalate and when to act independently
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Proactive and resourceful, not waiting for instructions when it comes to getting the job done
- Bonus points for prior experience in a similar role at a startup

- Experience managing calendars and communications
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of travel planning and logistics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
