Responsibilities
- Aid the sales leadership team in internal project coordination across multiple departments and field associates.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite extensively, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Create presentations and documents for departmental, customer, and executive meetings.
- Create project plans and drive actions.
- Complete status reports.
- Maintain and update executive schedules.
- Order office supplies.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Compose and type letters.
- Open and distribute mail, emails, and faxes.
Requirements
- College degree in Business or related field.
- At least 5 years of office or related experience.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent professional personal presence and communication skills.
- Organized, flexible, ability to multi-task, and personable.
