Responsibilities

  • Aid the sales leadership team in internal project coordination across multiple departments and field associates.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite extensively, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Create presentations and documents for departmental, customer, and executive meetings.
  • Create project plans and drive actions.
  • Complete status reports.
  • Maintain and update executive schedules.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Answer telephone calls.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Compose and type letters.
  • Open and distribute mail, emails, and faxes.

Requirements

  • College degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of office or related experience.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent professional personal presence and communication skills.
  • Organized, flexible, ability to multi-task, and personable.
