Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the President & CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Screens and prioritize communications and requests.
- Cook up executive meetings and maintain confidential records and files.
Leadership Team Coordination
- Cook up Executive and Senior Leadership Team meetings.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and meeting summaries.
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up commitments.
- Maintain executive priority and accountability tracking systems.
- Support annual planning and organizational goal-setting activities.
Board & Governance Support
- Serve as administrative liaison to the Board of Directors.
- Cook up Board and Committee meetings.
- Prepare Board agendas, packets, minutes, and supporting materials.
- Maintain governance records and monitor follow-up actions.
Stakeholder & Organizational Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the Office of the President.
- Cook up executive outreach, community engagement activities, and special events.
- Support organizational policy administration and documentation management.
- Provide administrative support to the Medical Director as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience supporting senior leaders.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Preferred
- Experience supporting a CEO, President, Executive Director, or C-suite executive.
- Experience working with Boards of Directors.
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.

A successful Senior Executive Assistant will:

- Reduce administrative burden on the President & CEO.
- Foster strong coordination among leadership, Board members, and stakeholders.
