Job Summary
We're seeking an Executive Assistant who will operate as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, solving problems, and bringing order to fast-moving situations. This role supports both work and life, managing priorities, communication, and personal logistics.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Stay ahead of what matters by keeping priorities clear, aligning calendars, and protecting time.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise, ensuring follow-through on key initiatives and commitments.
- Create order from complexity by building systems, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations, and turning ideas into organized plans.
- Own the details (work and life) by managing scheduling, coordination, and communication, and supporting personal and family logistics.
- Be a thought partner, speaking up when necessary, pushing back with clarity and respect, and helping make things better.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience/Skills Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and calendar management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to walk up to 3 miles
- Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs
Schedule/Requirements
- The base schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, but must be flexible based on the Associate Executive Pastor's needs and high-impact events at Crossroads.
- Potential for some travel and weekend hours.
