Executive Assistant
About the role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-first Executive Assistant to join our team in our San Francisco office. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of executive support, office management, and people operations — making it a great fit for someone who thrives on variety and loves keeping things running smoothly. You'll report directly to the Sr. Manager, People Operations & Talent Acquisition, and work closely with our CEO on a day-to-day basis.
Note: This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, and requires three days per week at our headquarters office in Financial District, San Francisco. Candidates must be located in the San Francisco Area.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings with precision and care
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparation materials, agendas, and follow-ups
- Triage and route communications as needed
- Support the planning and execution of company offsites, team events, and culture initiatives
- Aid in People Ops projects as they arise, from onboarding logistics to special programs
- Help create a great in-office experience for employees and guests
- Keep the office stocked and tidy, including managing the fridge, pantry, and general supply inventory
- Maintain a clean, welcoming office environment on a daily basis
- Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, events, and presentations
- Liaise with building management and vendors as needed
Who You Are
- Hightly organized and reliable — you manage competing priorities with ease and nothing falls through the cracks
- Proactive — you anticipate needs, spot problems before they grow, and take initiative without waiting to be asked
- Discreet and trustworthy — you handle sensitive information with professionalism and care
- A clear communicator — you're concise, thoughtful, and responsive whether in person or over Slack
- Adaptable — you switch gears easily and bring energy to whatever's in front of you, whether it's a fridge restock or coordinating an offsite
- People-oriented — you care about the team experience and take pride in the role you play in building a great workplace
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Google suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheet) and Zoom
- An affinity for solving problems with AIP
- Prior experience in an EA, office management, operations, or administrative support role is a plus, but the right mindset matters most
A Note to Candidates
We are an equal opportunity employer who values and encourages diversity, equity and belonging at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, caste, or disability status. Don’t meet every requirement? Studies have shown that women, communities of color and historically underrepresented talent are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Craft, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we strongly encourage you to apply. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles!
